Underwriters will learn to take full advantage of Encompass to save time navigating through files and efficiently approve qualified loans. Our Encompass underwriter training is tailored to the underwriting process, such as covering the complex input form sets based on different loan types. In addition to system-level instruction on key features such as Pipeline Views, Dashboards, Contacts, and eFolder, we include best practices and tricks for simplifying data entry, handling UW conditions, and reducing touches through better coordination of the loan file and documents. Students learn to manage mortgage loan file changes that can impact eligibility and UW ratios.
